The data controller under Finnish and EU General Data Protection Regulation (GDPR) laws is Techverxe, with its registered administrative hub located at Yliopistonkatu 22, 20100 Turku, Finland.

We collect personal data that you explicitly submit via our Contact and Project Scoping forms, including: Your Name, Work Email address, Company Name, project budgets, and the detailed message or brief that describes your product specifications. We also automatically log basic technical payloads (IP addresses, referrer pages, browser specs) to optimize our Core Web Vitals performance.
3. How We Process Data
All collected data is processed strictly to: formulate accurate scoping estimates, initiate direct communication with your team, assign qualified senior engineering matches, and send transactional system emails. Under no circumstances do we lease, sell, or disclose your data to third-party marketing brokers.
4. GDPR and International Transfers
Since we operate a global engineering model, some scoping processing loops may involve secure file transmittals to our development coordinators outside the EU. In all such events, we enforce strict standard contractual clauses (SCCs) to maintain the highest trust boundaries and data sovereignty.
